Highlight
of my day:
Bee comes racing in after school and spots an oversized box just inside the door.
"Mom!" he says. "Did we get a brand-new vacuum cleaner?"
"Yes, honey, we did."
"Brand new???"
"Brand new."
He hurries down the hall. "This is so exciting I have to use the bathroom!"

What a picture! Harness the excitement and teach him to use it, then the younger ones may think it is cool because their older brother does it and want to help as well. Although I suppose that could mean a few things knocked over in the learning process.
I am still trying to figure out the connection between the vacuum and the bathroom run. Maybe he shouldn't use it.
